What should I bring to my experience?
We recommend that you bring along water shoes or sandals for walking on sharp stones. Bring your choice of beverage and snacks. Don't forget to bring your bug spray, sunscreen and towel! Don't forget to bring water.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We keep a close eye on the weather. If we feel that the weather conditions are unsuitable for your experience, we will strive to provide lots of notice. If the weather is poor and we cancel your reservation, you will receive a notification via text or email and you can book a new appointment for a future date. We will never charge you a cancellation fee in the event that we cancel your appointment due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Generally speaking, we will cancel due to rain, thunderstorms or wind conditions over 30km/h. We will not rent equipment when white-caps are present (ie. winds over 20knots).
